The Tourtalk TT 21-TG22T2M is a complete digital tour guide system comprising 2 transmitters with headband microphones (for the presenters), 22 earphone receivers (for the audience) and a charger transport case.
A tour guide system is a portable wireless audio system that is used to enable tour guides to be clearly heard, even over distance.
Alternatively, the tour guide can use one transmitter, and pass the other transmitter for questions or interviews (using its integrated microphone), ensuring everybody hears what is said.
The two transmitters can also be set to different channels to split the receivers into two separate tour groups.
The transmitters and headband microphones enable the tour guides to conduct the tour hands-free. The microphone moves with the tour guide’s head ensuring it picks-up their voice whichever way they look.
The guides can then speak at a comfortable level without having to shout. They can even whisper if the tour is in a noise sensitive area e.g. Museum or Art Gallery.
Each member of the audience wears a single earphone receiver and adjusts their own volume to a comfortable level. The receiver can be used on the left or right ear. This ensures the user can hear the tour guides without feeling isolated from the local environment enabling them to experience the atmosphere and be aware of any potential dangers such as traffic.
The innovative one-piece receiver design eliminates the ongoing cost of replacing earphones experienced with conventional systems, saving you money, and reducing waste. It also allows quicker distribution and collection, reducing the setup time between tours.
The charger transport case simultaneously recharges up to two transmitters and twenty-two receivers.
The water and dust proof hard case provides protection during transit, featuring a retractable handle and wheels for easy transportation.
The detachable charger tray can either be used within the hard case or used as a desktop charger.
The Tourtalk tour guide system has been designed to be very user friendly and can be setup within seconds. As the system is completely wireless it can be operated indoors or outdoors and requires no installation.
