Van Hool decided to purchase Tourtalk tour guide systems after first trialling a system. The systems are used for visitor tours of the factory where approximately 1,400 buses and coaches, and up to 3,000 commercial vehicles are manufactured annually.
The Tourtalk systems ensure visitors can hear the tour guides during the tour. Each tour guide wears a noise cancelling directional headband microphone that is designed to pick up the guide’s voice and not the background sound.
Each visitor is issued with a wireless receiver with earpiece and lanyard, so they can enjoy the tour hands-free.
